Notes de dégustation

This red wine from the Crozes Hermitage appellation has a ruby ​​color with purplish reflections. The nose is charming and delicious, with notes of blackcurrant, crushed raspberries and white pepper. On the palate, it is crunchy and full, with fine tannins that blend perfectly with the aromas of the nose. The finish is persistent and balanced, with notes of black fruit and liquorice.

Vinification

Traditional winemaking. Maceration for 18 days with punching down. Alcoholic fermentation with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation. Aging for 12 months in concrete vats.
