Notes de dégustation

The color of this wine is bright purple with light pink highlights. The nose is perfumed with notes of laurel and strawberries as well as some floral notes. On the palate, the intense aromas of black fruits such as cherry, blackberry or blackcurrant and garrigue balance harmoniously with the silky tannins to give a beautiful complexity, characteristic of the Côtes-du-Rhône.

Vinification

The harvest is completely destemmed and then vinified in concrete vats. Alcoholic fermentation initiates itself with native yeasts, the maceration duration varies between 5 and 7 weeks. Taste monitoring with daily pumping over allows for gentle extraction of aromas and tannins.
