Notes de dégustation

This white wine from the Côtes du Rhône appellation has a gold color. The nose is fine and round, with notes of citrus, bitter orange, mirabelle plum and hawthorn. On the palate, it is frank and tasty, with a bouquet of lemon peel and smoky notes. The finish is pretty, full of minerality, giving the wine a nice freshness and an appreciable length in the mouth.

Vinification

Traditional winemaking. Alcoholic fermentation after cold settling, temperature control. No malolactic fermentation to preserve the fruit. Aging for 6 months on lees in vats and barrels.
