  • Winemaking

    Traditional winemaking. Total scratching. Fermentation for 10 days with temperature control and daily pumping over. Aged for 8 months in vats, with malolactic fermentation.

  • Tasting notes

    This red wine has a purple color with carmine reflections. On the nose, we discover aromas of black fruits, licorice and notes of pepper. On the palate, this wine is lively and crunchy, well balanced between fruit and flavor.
