  • Winemaking

    Traditional winemaking. Total scratching. Fermentation for 10 days with temperature control and daily pumping over. Aged for 12 months in vats, with malolactic fermentation.

  • Tasting notes

    This red wine has a dark and brilliant garnet color that catches the eye. On the nose, we discover exceptional complexity and finesse, with notes of small black fruits such as blackberries and blackcurrant. The attack on the palate is juicy and delicious, with a profusion of red fruits. The mouth is full and the tannins silky and velvety.
