Notes de dégustation

This wine has a pale, bright yellow color and a nose developing fruity aromas. The palate is broad and balanced, with an elegant attack and subtle notes of white-fleshed fruit.

Vinification

After whole bunch pressing, the must is settled in the cold for around 24 hours. The must is vinified in stainless steel vats with regular stirring. The alcoholic fermentation begins by itself with native yeasts.
