Coming from the three major terroir families of the appellation, this cuvée tells the story of its winegrowers who carefully cultivate their vines on the terraces (Aygues terrace and the hill) and in the scrublands to the south.

Notes de dégustation

This red wine from the Cairanne appellation has a beautiful intense ruby ​​color. On the nose, it offers a rich aromatic palette, with notes of cocoa, cooked fruit, garrigue and Sichuan pepper. The attack on the palate is fleshy and intense, the patinated tannins highlighting the velvety aromas of cocoa and liquorice. The finish is silky and persistent, leaving a pleasant memory in the mouth.

Vinification

Traditional winemaking. Maceration for 3 weeks. Alcoholic fermentation with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation. Long and careful aging for 18 months in concrete vats.
