Salmon pink color. Nose with aromas of raspberries and blackberries, then evolving towards more gourmand aromas, with a spicy touch and a slight presence of citrus. Warm and satiny palate, slightly spicy with notes of stone fruit, balanced by a beautiful freshness on the finish. .

Drappier
L’histoire de la Famille Drappier prend ses racines au XVIIe siècle, à la naissance de Rémy Drappier en 1604 qui devient comme Nicolas Ruinart, marchand drapier à Reims. Il faut attendre 1808 pour que l’un des ancêtres de la maison, François, s’installe à Urville et commence à exploiter un vignoble qui s’étend aujourd’hui sur 90 ha, partagés entre la Côte des Bar, la Montagne de Reims et la Côte des Blancs.
