Notes de dégustation

On the nose the aromas are fine and fruity. The attack on the palate is lively with citrus flavors (grapefruit, lemon). The minerality is discreet.

Vinification

No synthetic products in the vineyard, great respect for the natural cycle of the vine and its terroir, entirely manual harvesting and sorting, minimal intervention in the cellar.

C’est au pied de l’église fortifiée de Hunawihr, que depuis 1963, la famille Mittnacht élabore des vins de haute expression. Aujourd’hui, c’est Marc Mittnacht, fils d’André, son épouse Paule et son fils Pierre qui travaillent les 11 hectares de vignes réparties sur les meilleurs terroirs de Hunawihr et Ribeauvillé du vignoble d’Alsace. Depuis plus de 20 ans maintenant, le vignoble est conduit en agriculture biologique et biodynamique.
