Notes de dégustation

Garnet color, crystalline with purple reflections. Complex and elegant nose with generous aromas of black fruits, blueberries and spices. Crisp, intense and easy-drinking on the palate, we find notes of black fruits and spices. The tannins are elegant and round, the body structured and the intensity is good.

Vinification

Reasoned culture. Use of sorting tables, Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Aging in barrels and stainless steel vats.

En 2012, Bastien Lannusse, passionné par la vigne et le vin, prend les rênes du domaine à la suite de son père et donne au Château du Pouey une nouvelle impulsion tournée vers l’avenir et l’agriculture durable.
