Domaine Pandolfa

Pandolfa is a 35ha Italian estate on the banks of the Adriatic Sea in Predappio in the Emila-Romagna appellation. The estate takes its name from the illustrious general Pandolfo who owned these lands in the 15th century. Belonging to the Ricci family since 1941, the Pandolfa estate is today experiencing a second Renaissance under the direction of Marco, who is inspired by this glorious past to write the future through his wines, with enthusiasm, commitment and a touch of carelessness.

  • Winemaking

    Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Maceration for 22 days before aging for 18 months in large 50 hl Slovenian oak barrels.

  • Tasting notes

    Pandolfo Riserva has an intense nose with aromas of black fruits and spices. On the palate, these aromas lead to an ample and pleasant tannin structure.
