Notes de dégustation

The Pandolfo vintage has a very fruity nose with aromas of cherry, raspberry and licorice complemented by subtle notes of spices. On the palate, the wine is complex and structured by well-defined tannins. The finish is long and persistent.

Pandolfa est un domaine italien de 35ha sur les bords de la mer Adriatique à Predappio sur l'appellation Emilia-Romagna. Le domaine tient son nom de l'illustre général Pandolfo qui possédait ces terres au 15ème siècle. Appartenant à la famille Ricci depuis 1941, le domaine Pandolfa vit aujourd'hui une seconde Renaissance sous la direction de Marco, qui s'inspire de ce glorieux passé pour écrire l'avenir au travers de ses vins, avec enthousiasme, engagement et une touche d'insouciance.
