Domaine Pandolfa

Pandolfa is a 35ha Italian estate on the banks of the Adriatic Sea in Predappio in the Emila-Romagna appellation. The estate takes its name from the illustrious general Pandolfo who owned these lands in the 15th century. Belonging to the Ricci family since 1941, the Pandolfa estate is today experiencing a second Renaissance under the direction of Marco, who is inspired by this glorious past to write the future through his wines, with enthusiasm, commitment and a touch of carelessness.

    Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

  • Tasting notes

    The Pandolfo vintage has a very fruity nose with aromas of cherry, raspberry and licorice complemented by subtle notes of spices. On the palate, the wine is complex and structured by well-defined tannins. The finish is long and persistent.
