Domaine Pandolfa

Pandolfa is a 35ha Italian estate on the banks of the Adriatic Sea in Predappio in the Emila-Romagna appellation. The estate takes its name from the illustrious general Pandolfo who owned these lands in the 15th century. Belonging to the Ricci family since 1941, the Pandolfa estate is today experiencing a second Renaissance under the direction of Marco, who is inspired by this glorious past to write the future through his wines, with enthusiasm, commitment and a touch of carelessness.

    Sustainable viticulture in conversion to organic farming. Aging for 12 months in stainless steel vats.

  • Tasting notes

    Federico is a light wine with a red color and a fine nose. There are aromas of cherry, plum and yellow iris flowers. On the palate, the wine is supple and fruity, the attack is fresh and the tannins are soft.
