Domaine Allegria

Created in 2008 On the Pézenas terroir, Allegria is the fruit of a Franco-Argentinian friendship between the Aboville family and the de la Mota family: on the one hand the passion and enthusiasm of a young family at the head of a tribe of 5 children; on the other, one of the greatest Argentine oenologists, Roberto de la Mota, creator of Cheval des Andes and Bodega Mendel. The 9 hectare vineyard backed by the Baumes volcano and converted to organic farming is the place where this dream came true.

  • Winemaking

    Organic cultivation, manual harvest in boxes with total destemming. Thermoregulated fermentation, frequent punching down, malolactic fermentation.

    Intense ruby ​​color with black reflections. Complex and powerful nose with aromas of black fruits and notes of black olives. Intense and full palate, the tannins are velvety and the persistence is long.
