Notes de dégustation

Intense red color. Fruity and delicious on the palate with aromas of strawberry and cherry and spicy notes on the finish.

Vinification

The grapes are destemmed before a three-week maceration, with temperature control and regular pumping over to promote aromatic expression. Bottling at the end of winter.
