Domaine Truchetet

In Premeaux-Prissey, a small hamlet of Nuits Saint-Georges, Morgan and Julie Truchetet took over the reins of the family estate in 2019. The vineyard covers 6.5 hectares of vines currently in organic conversion. From the vineyard to the cellar the work is mainly manual.
The vines are bordered by plant cover in order to boost the biological activity of the soil, the annual pruning is careful and precise. No pesticides are used on the entire vineyard

  • Winemaking

    Manual harvest, destemmed then placed in vats. Traditional maceration with frequent pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 12 months in barrels.

  • Tasting notes

    The tannins are silky and feminine with a predominance of red fruits.
