Geoffrey Chevalier

Made up of 4.7 hectares in the Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, Mâcon-Fuissé and Mâcon-Chaintré appellations, the estate is essentially made up of old vines resulting from the careful work of previous generations. Geoffrey Chevalier took over the vineyard in 2012 and organic farming then became obvious. The transition was long because the estate is rich in many climates, but year after year he strives to re-study his working methods in order to give the best of his terroir.
