Notes de dégustation

Crystalline color with pale gold reflections. The nose gradually reveals aromas of flowers. The attack on the palate is straight and is accompanied by a lively and tangy finish.

Composé de 4,7 hectares sur les appellations Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, Mâcon-Fuissé et Mâcon-Chaintré le domaine est essentiellement composé de vieilles vignes issues du travail soigné des générations précédentes. Geoffrey Chevalier reprend le vignoble en 2012 et l’agriculture biologique s’impose alors comme une évidence. La transition fut longue car le domaine est riche de nombreux climats, mais année après année il s’applique à réétudier ses méthodes de travail afin de donner le meilleur de son terroir.
