The Effrontee

Domaine de Vénus is located at altitude in Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet, a small village in the upper Agly valley. The estate consists of 34 hectares of vines planted on hillsides, between 300 and 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by thyme, rosemary, olive trees and almond trees. All production has been certified organic farming since the end of 2018. Altitude, wind and local flora make this high valley a paradoxical site where southern vineyards can rhyme with freshness and delicacy.
