Notes de dégustation

Intense red color. Powerful, distinguished and complex nose with aromas of red fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant) and light notes of roasting and spices. The attack on the palate is pleasant, we find the aromas of the nose with freshness and balance over a good length.

Vinification

Vinification in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aging in barrels for 4 months.
