Domaine de l'Aiguelière

At the foot of the foothills of Larzac, in the Hérault valley, on the Montpeyroux terroir, a winemaking family for six generations has been operating Domaine l'Aiguelière with passion and respect. The estate extends over 18 hectares of vines, from three periods and eight different geological levels in Montpeyroux and its surroundings.

  • Winemaking

    Vinification and aging in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.

  • Tasting notes

    Bright cherry color. Fresh fruity nose with aromas of tangy red fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry) and spicy and peppery notes. Round and fresh on the palate, the tannins are very slightly present and silky. We find spicy notes in the finish.
