Brilliant yellow color Fresh and complex nose with mineral, citrus, anise, vanilla and coconut notes. A nice balance and a nice acidity on the palate, added with great length.

Vinification

Vinification in stainless steel vats and at low temperature, aging in barrels 2 for months.

Au pied des contreforts du Larzac, dans la vallée de l’Hérault, sur le terroir de Montpeyroux, une famille vigneronne depuis six générations exploite le Domaine l’Aiguelière avec passion et respect. Le domaine s’étend sur 18 hectares de vignes, issues de trois périodes et huit étages géologiques différents à Montpeyroux et ses alentours.
