Notes de dégustation

The Privilège Blanc vintage has a pretty bright yellow color with golden highlights. A delicate bouquet of dried fruits, honey, vanilla and brioche bread are on the nose for our greatest pleasure. On the palate, this wine reveals aromas of hazelnut and ample and concentrated toasted flavors typical of the Minervois terroir.

Vinification

The grapes that will make up this Privilège Blanc cuvée are harvested very early in the morning. This is followed by skin maceration with temperature control. Draining using a pneumatic press. Fermentation of the must in new oak barrels. Daily stirring, racking and finally aging in oak barrels.

Érigées en terrain graveleux au cœur de l’appellation Minervois, les vignes du domaine fournissent des raisins de qualité sur près de 95 hectares entre Carcassonne et Narbonne. L’odeur des résineux entremêlée aux saveurs de garrigue, le tout arrosé d’un riche ensoleillement, niché entre pinède et terre sauvages près du charmant village de Badens, le Château La Grave bénéficie, ici, de conditions privilégiées.
