A marriage between gourmet roundness and the tense freshness of citrus fruits can be felt throughout the tasting. A pleasant bitterness on the finish supports the fresh character of this wine.

Constantine
Champagne Constantine is a long-term project, started by Pierre Grandin when he joined the family estate in 2012, soaking up the rich history of his family, which dates back to 1719, and his young and passionate vision. He decided to join forces with Marion Mordelles in order to combine their expertise and thus launched their three vintages.

Tasting notes
The color is light gold with brilliant reflections and a soft effervescence. The nose is delicious and intense. The attack on the palate is quickly taken over by a fruity and apricot delicacy. We perceive a tangy freshness in the mid-palate with a hint of candied orange.
