Notes de dégustation

The color is light gold with brilliant reflections and a soft effervescence. The nose is delicious and intense. The attack on the palate is quickly taken over by a fruity and apricot delicacy. We perceive a tangy freshness in the mid-palate with a hint of candied orange.

Vinification

Blend by co-fermentation of the three grape varieties. Aging of at least 4 years.

Champagne Constantine est un travail de longue haleine, commencé par Pierre Grandin lorsqu’il intègre le domaine familial en 2012, s’imprégnant de la riche histoire de sa famille, qui remonte jusqu’en 1719 et de sa vision jeune et passionnée. Il décide de s’associer avec Marion Mordelles afin d’allier leurs expertises et ensemble ils lancent ainsi leurs trois cuvées.
