Constantine
Champagne Constantine is a long-term project, started by Pierre Grandin when he joined the family estate in 2012, soaking up the rich history of his family, which dates back to 1719, and his young and passionate vision. He decided to join forces with Marion Mordelles in order to combine their expertise and thus launched their three vintages.

Tasting notes
The light gold color is enhanced by light golden highlights which give it a certain shine. On the nose we will notice powerful notes of nuts such as almond and toasted hazelnut. The attack on the palate is frank, lively and tense. We will then find rounder notes of ripe fruit.
