The nose is very fruity with aromas of red fruits and gourmet caramelized scents. The attack on the palate is soft, we find aromas of strawberry and fresh cherry.

Vinification

Vinification using the bleeding method. Maceration 24-36 hours, aging for at least 4 years. Dosage: 10 gr/L
