This Champagne represents elegance in the literal sense. We find the beauty and style of blended wines. Fruity, light and fresh, its fine bubbles and notes of fresh fruit go perfectly as an aperitif.

Michel Marcoult
Harvesters and handlers for 3 generations, Francis, Julien and Florence, produce exceptional champagnes with the purest respect for tradition. Founded in 1967 by Michel Marcoult, this family farm extends over three very different terroirs: The Sézannais coast, the Bars coast, and the Vitryat coast. This diversity brings real richness to the Michel Marcoult champagnes produced in the family at the property.

Winemaking
Sustainable cultivation certified with high environmental value. Manual harvest. Malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Aging on slats before disgorging.

Tasting notes
Light color with gray gold reflections. Elegant and fruity nose with notes of fresh fruit, such as peach, pineapple and pear. On the palate, this champagne offers a beautiful balance between tension and roundness. With the freshness and deliciousness of young wines it harmonizes with more mature aromas of almond paste or hazelnut.
