Mas de Valériole

Le Mas de Valériole is located in an exceptional territory: The Camargue Regional Natural Park in Provence. It is in the heart of this preserved nature that the Michel family produces high quality wines which are distinguished by their exceptional bouquet and aromas. And better yet, they easily accompany all your culinary desires. The wine estate, run in organic farming, extends over 32ha divided into two distinct terroirs, each giving a unique style of wine.

  • Winemaking

    Organic cultivation, night harvest. Cooling of the harvest, skin maceration for 4 days at low temperature then thermoregulated fermentation. No added sulphites.

  • Tasting notes

    Red color with purple reflections. Nose of licorice, black fruits and violet. Gourmet palate evolving with aromas of sweet licorice, cherry and gray pepper. The fine tannins bring a fresh and silky finish.
