Notes de dégustation

Slightly golden color. Nose of white fruits and white flowers. The palate is supple, expressive, presenting volume but refreshing, with a lemony finish.

Vinification

Direct pressing and after settling. Alcoholic fermentation in small cement vats. Aging in vats lasts for weeks without malolactic fermentation. The wine remains there for 6 to 9 months with light stirring. Blended and bottled in the spring following the harvest.

Le domaine des Guyons est un domaine de 19 hectares situé au cœur du sud Saumurois, dans le village du Puy Notre Dame. Les vignes s'étendent sur un terroir composé en majorité de sols argilo-calcaire complantées avec les cépages Chenin, Cabernet Franc et Cabernet Sauvignon. Franck Bimont y élabore des vins expressifs, élégants sans qui reflètent la finesse du terroir.
