This Santenay with a dark purple color has a wonderful nose with aromas of small red and black fruits, beautiful notes of sweet spices and a hint of liquorice. The firm but discreet tannins give it even more subtlety. Wait at least 5 years to taste this vintage at its best.

Notes de dégustation

The color of this wine is dark red. The nose combines small red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant, blueberry), spices (pepper, cinnamon) and some notes of violet and licorice. On the palate we discover a tender and round Santenay with fruity aromas. The tannins are firm and discreet.

Vinification

Aging in previously used oak barrels and approximately 25% new barrels.
