Notes de dégustation

The dress is brick pink in color. On the nose, aromas of blueberries, strawberries, quince and very light notes of mint. The palate is structured and powerful, with a solid finish. We find a well-balanced dosage and acidity.

Vinification

Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation. Aging on slats then evacuation of the deposit by disgorging on the fly. Aged for 3 years in bottle on lees.

Les vignes du domaine de Lozey s'étendent sur une superficie de près de 15 hectares. Le domaine profite d'un climat semi-océanique et d'un climat semi-continental. Le terroir qu'exploite le domaine est essentiellement composé, dans des quantités plus ou moins grandes et éparses, de calcaire et de crayeux. Le domaine conduit son vignoble selon les principes de la viticulture raisonnée et de la viticulture durable.
