Notes de dégustation

Ruby color. Feminine nose with aromas of fresh blackberries and pepper. Aromas of red fruits and raspberry on the palate with a finish of notes of spices and cocoa. The tannins are melted.

Vinification

Reasoned culture. Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Direct pressing.
