Notes de dégustation

Salmon color, light with pink highlights. Very aromatic nose with aromas of lilac and fruit (raspberry, passion fruit and lychee). Fruity and delicate palate with notes of exotic fruits, notes of lychee, light body.

Vinification

Reasoned culture. Fermentation and aging in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
