Antoine Van Remoortere

After various wine experiences around the world, Antoine Van Remoortere returned to the country, and today operates a four-hectare estate under the Menetou-Salon appellation. The grape varieties, grown on clay-limestone soil facing South-East, are Pinot noir and Sauvignon. Concerned about respecting his terroir, this young twenty-five-year-old winegrower has chosen to convert his vineyard to organic farming.

    Manual harvest. Vatting for approximately 15 days and aging on lees.

    Red dress. Nose of red fruits with beautiful woody notes. The palate is full and fruity, spicy notes emerge throughout with a slight minerality.
