Notes de dégustation

Color is pale yellow with green and golden reflections. Delicate nose with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. After aeration, we can distinguish some minty and peppery touches. Fresh, supple and aromatic on the palate, the finish is of good length.

Vinification

Mechanical harvest. Pneumatic pressing, cold settling and aging on fine lees.

Après diverses expériences viticoles à travers le monde, Antoine Van Remoortere revient au pays, et exploite aujourd’hui un domaine de quatre hectares sous l’appellation Menetou-Salon. Les cépages, cultivés sur un sol argilo-calcaire exposé Sud-Est, sont le Pinot noir et le Sauvignon. Soucieux de respecter son terroir, ce jeune viticulteur de vingt-cinq ans a choisi de convertir son vignoble à l’agriculture biologique.
