Notes de dégustation

Pale yellow color with green tints. Nose with scents of lemon, grapefruit and white fruits. Good balance in the mouth between the different flavors.

Vinification

After manual harvesting and following pressing, the musts are placed in temperature-controlled vats for controlled fermentation at 11 degrees. After three weeks of alcoholic fermentation, the wines are filtered and stored at low temperature to preserve freshness and aromas.
