Notes de dégustation

Intense yellow color with golden reflections. Charming nose with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Smooth mouthfeel, with a nice balance between the freshness of the attack and the sweetness of the whole.

Vinification

Harvest at the end of October, destemming and direct pressing at low pressure. Aging on fine lees in vats for a few months, which will give fatness and a beautiful aromatic complexity.
