Notes de dégustation

Rosé Impérial has a beautiful radiant pink color, predominantly red, adorned with purple reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is lively and the aromatic palette intense. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant are complemented by more floral nuances and a hint of pepper. On the palate, the palate is flamboyant, combining intensity and roundness. The finish is subtly vegetal with notes of mint.

Vinification

A delicate blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and dominated by a majority of Pinot Noir, Rosé Impérial Moët et Chandon is a supple and round champagne thanks to a longer than average maturation of the grapes.

Depuis 1743, La maison Moët et Chandon transmet un savoir-faire de vinification inégalé et un esprit novateur et pionnier. Les 1 190 hectares de vigne constituent le plus grand vignoble de Champagne. Sous terre, les caves s’étendent sur plus de 28 kilomètres, et forment un dédale labyrinthique où le vin se métamorphose dans des conditions de température et d’humidité optimales. La Maison a lancé en 2021 son propre programme d’agroécologie pour agir en faveur de la biodiversité au-delà de ses domaines. Cultiver de façon responsable le vignoble, diversifier les écosystèmes naturels et protéger la faune et la flore champenoises, telle est l’ambition de la Maison Moët et Chandon afin de transmettre aux générations futures un patrimoine naturel sain et durable.
