Notes de dégustation

This Mercurey has a ruby ​​red color and a nose with fine woody and vanilla notes. Combined with small red fruits, all in elegance, with a touch of spice and liquorice. On the palate, the tannins are silky, we even find aromas of red fruits.

Vinification

Manual harvest with rigorous sorting of the grapes and complete destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, including 25% new barrels.
