Notes de dégustation

Cherry red color. Floral nose with aromas of peony and delicate scents of rose petals. Fruity palate with notes of redcurrant.

Vinification

In conversion to organic farming, manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, aging for 12 months in vats and oak barrels, with light filtration.
