Domaine du Carrelet

Created in 2017, Domaine du Carrelet is a family operation bringing together a winegrower father and his sailor son around the cultivation of vines. In the heart of Bordeaux, in the Bordeaux appellation, passion and respect for the environment unite them in the development of a cuvée reflecting its terroir of the highest quality.

  • Winemaking

    Classic vinification with pumping over for 20/30 days. Then maturing in concrete vats for 18 months. A part will be put in barrels (oak barrels) of one or two wines.

  • Tasting notes

    The color is dark red and dense. The nose is elegant and refined with notes of cherry. Good length in the mouth, balanced, rounded, supported by fresh acidity.
