Notes de dégustation

On the nose, the bouquet is scented with black berries, peppery herbs, lavender and garrigue. On the palate, the tannins are balanced and fine. We find a complex aromatic palette ranging from raspberry to violet through spicy touches of liquorice and white pepper. A wine with a round and supple texture as well as a great finish.

Vinification

Light pumping over during the 22-day maceration period made it possible to extract tannins of remarkable finesse. The perfect control of temperatures during the fermentation phase revealed extremely elegant red fruit aromas. Aging in vats for a period of 9 months.
