Notes de dégustation

Intense red color. Elegant and powerful nose with notes of red fruits and very light hints of flowers and undergrowth. Fruity, fine and ample on the palate, this wine expresses notes of very ripe red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant, cherry) associated with a discreet hint of plum.

Vinification

Manual harvest with successive sorting in the vineyard and in the cellar. Vinification without sulphites. Long vatting, Burgundian style and aging for 24 months in oak barrels of 4-5 wines. Bottled at the estate.
