Notes de dégustation

Yellow color with golden highlights. Expressive nose, dominated by exotic notes of lychee and passion fruit mixed with broom notes. Soft and balanced palate. The aromatic return is long and on citrus fruits. Nice length.

Vinification

Aged in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, the wines ferment at progressive temperatures (15/20°) which allows them to develop all their aromas.

Domaine Barillot

Le Domaine Barillot existe depuis 1770 et s’étend sur 11 hectares répartis sur les communes de Pouilly-sur-Loire et Saint-Andelain. Notre vigneron, Frédéric Barillot a pris les rênes du domaine en 1984, à la suite de son père. Le vignoble est doté d’un terrain d'exception notamment grâce aux terrains calcaires dit « Caillottes » qui donnent des vins très fruités et ce goût très particulier de pierre à fusil.
