Notes de dégustation

An elegant combination of citrus and verbena
lemony emanates a pleasant fresh and intense scent.
We find spicy flavors and black fruits, juniper berries. Finally, chamomile and kiwi
bring a touch of complexity while reassuring the palate with softness and suppleness.

Vinification

The whole thing is distilled slowly in a Charentais still. Reduced with pure water, without added sugar, without artificial flavoring, this gin is not cold filtered in order to maintain its intensity and aromatic power.

Ingénieure agronome et œnologue, Anne-Hélène a appris à comprendre le fonctionnement de la terre du Lot-et-Garonne, avec laquelle elle travaille. En novembre 2020, elle lance la première plantation biologique de genévrier commun en partenariat avec le lycée agricole de Nérac. Son objectif principal est alors d'obtenir les meilleurs fruits, plantes et épices pour arriver au bout de ses idées.

La Distillerie du Grand Nez est encore jeune, mais a déjà acquis la reconnaissance d'experts mondiaux du gin. Déjà deux médailles d’or au concours international de Bruxelles, ainsi que deux au World Gin Awards de Londres dont la Best French London Dry Gin...
