Notes de dégustation

Black color with purple reflections. Nose with aromas of small ripe red fruits, cherry and a slight touch of vanilla. Soft and fruity on the palate.

Vinification

Thermoregulated fermentation. Short maceration and end of fermentation in the liquid phase to keep the specific fruit of P'tit Spencer. Gentle pressing. Aging in vats. Assembled after five rackings to avoid the stress of excessive filtration.
