Notes de dégustation

The nose is generous and complex with aromas of apricot, vine peach and pastry notes. A touch of fresh herbs completes the whole. On the palate, this wine is intense and delicious with delicate notes of fresh flowers, yellow fruits, almonds, sweet spices and a hint of honey. The finish is long and mineral.

Vinification

Delicate pressing to protect the grapes from oxidation while preserving the aromatic purity of the fruit. Vinification 30% of the wines in 600L demi muids in French oak (62% new and 38% one year old) and aged on fine lees for 3 to 4 months. Vinification and aging in barrels for the other batches.
