Notes de dégustation

Intense nose with notes of grapefruit, pineapple and lemon. Round and fresh on the palate, tropical sparkles and aniseed touches mark the aftertaste of the wine.

Vinification

Morning harvest then maceration for 2-3 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged for at least 5 months with weekly stirring.

Après avoir créé des vins dans toutes l’Espagne José Luis Gómez et Laura Muñoz décident de rentrer dans leur terre d'origine dans le sud de l’Espagne. Ils y construisent, en 2009, une cave et plantent un vignoble dans l'unique Paraje de La Raja, une vallée fertile située entre la Sierra del Carche et la Sierra de La Pila, dans l'Altiplano de la région de Murcie. Aujourd’hui, le vignoble compte 23 hectares de Monastrell (Mourvèdre), Garnacha (Grenache) et Syrah.
