Harvesters and handlers for 3 generations, Francis, Julien and Florence, produce exceptional champagnes with the purest respect for tradition. Founded in 1967 by Michel Marcoult, this family farm extends over three very different terroirs: The Sézannais coast, the Bars coast, and the Vitryat coast. This diversity brings real richness to the Michel Marcoult champagnes produced in the family at the property.

  • Winemaking

    Sustainable cultivation certified with high environmental value. Manual harvest. Malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.

  • Tasting notes

    Light gold color with green-gold reflections. Subtle nose with aromas of dried flowers, hazelnut and dried fruits. Frank, delicate, slightly tangy palate with notes of almond and fresh fruit.
